More community members — our neighbors, family and friends — are coming to Food Bank of Iowa for food assistance. Last year, Iowa saw the third highest increase in food insecurity in the nation.

This year, USDA cuts significantly increased the premium we pay for essential foods like protein. Simply put, the meal gap is widening. But you can help.

Meat, dairy and produce are our most critical needs right now. Your monthly commitment will help ensure these essential foods are available to fill plates throughout our communities.
